Big step towards the semifinal of the Macedonian Cup

Rabotnicki managed to get a great result with a 3-0 victory over Sileks in the first leg of the quarterfinal of the Macedonian Cup. The game was played in Veles, but it wasn’t a problem for the Rabotnicki team, who played very well and deservedly won by a three goal margin.

Hosts started the domination from the first minute, with Simov saving a dangerous shot from Markoski after less than 90 seconds of play. In the 11. minute referee Sulevski gave Rabotnicki a penalty, but Ilijoski missed a great chance to put his team in front. Rabotnicki had one more good chance in the first through Altiparmakovski, but his shot went wide.

The hosts were much better in converting the chances in the second half, with Altiparmakovski scoring the first goal in the 55. minute, with e well placed shot from 18 meters. Thirteen minutes later Ilijoski found the way to the net, while the third goal was scored from the penalty spot by Vujcic, in the final ten minutes of the match.

With this great advantage, our team is very close to the semifinal of the Macedonian Cup.
