Working with the youth categories has always been a priority for the leading men of this football
club, because Rabotnicki is one of the leading clubs regarding the chances the young players get
to prove themselves on senior level.
Even 70 years after the foundation of the club, Rabotnicki has over 300 children that prove
themselves every day at the sports fields in “Gradski park”. Learning through the “football
alphabet”, led by first class sportsmen, they are working their way into becoming professional
footballers.

It is not easy, because there must be patience, love, harmony as a club, and to organize all this is
never easy, because our wish is not only to make these children play good football, but also to
become great men. We are very proud of the fact that we have footballers every year coming out
from our school that are not only very skilled in football sense, but also adorable in their
surroundings.

We are regular guests of tournaments in all the cities around Macedonia, but also of strong
tournaments in Serbia, Slovenia, Bulgaria, France, Holland, Bosnia and Herzegovina… where our
young players have a chance to play against teams their age from other countries.
We have many players from our Youth program that managed to make a good professional
career, players like Gjorgji Stojanovski, Nikola Bogoevski, Vlado Todorovski, Vladimir Tuneski,
Filip Ivanovski, Baze Ilijoski and others, who made their first football steps in our club.
Our football school is also proud of the cooperation with the Italian football giant, AC Milan, as we
also work very well together with the youth schools of Partizan and Vojvodina in Serbia.
