Vlaho: The battle for the third place follows

Rabotnicki achieved a sure triumph over Pelister (3-1) in the 26th round of the First Football League and took the momentum for direct clashes with competitors for the third place in the table which brings the exit to the European scene. The team of Aleksandar Vlaho is currently on the fifth place, and in the next two matches it will meet the fourth-placed team of Struga Trim Lum and the third-placed Macedonia GP.

The head of the professional staff wants Rabotnicki to continue in the same rhythm as in the previous match with Pelister.

“I am satisfied with the edition against Pelister and the victory. Finally, we showed a quality game at home this season. All congratulations go to the main actors, the footballers. I must emphasize Mario Stankovski, who played the best match lately, scored a goal, created several hundred percent chances and made the most of the given chance. Also the goalkeeper Riste Jankov who twice saved a penalty. Of course, everyone else because football is a team game. In the end, a small remark about the small relaxation in the finish when after the 3-0 lead we allowed Pelister to score. “But that match is already behind us, and we are focused on the upcoming visit to Struga,” said Aleksandar Vlaho.

Rabotnicki will have problems with suspended and injured players in the match with Struga Trim Lum.

“Several players will be missing, the captain Goran Siljanovski and Luka Stankovski due to five yellow cards, as well as the injured Stojkoski, Lazarov, Pecov, Petkovski… But we will fight as a team to achieve a positive result in Struga. It will not be easy at all, because Struga Trim Lum is a great team and plays especially well at its stadium. “But it is clear that the solution for the third place is coming and we will try to be the best we know and can do,” said Aleksandar Vlaho.

Rabotnicki on Wednesday, starting at 1 pm, is a guest of Struga Trim Lum in the 27th round of the First Football League.
